Welcome to Kizuna Training. By accessing or using our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing a Japanese coaching program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users worldwide, including learners in Japan, Singapore, the USA, Australia, and the UK.

2. Services Provided

Kizuna Training offers:

  • Japanese language coaching programs (JLPT prep, executive coaching, immersion).

  • Online training sessions delivered via video conferencing.

  • Study resources, consultation calls, and personalized coaching plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party processors.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds available within 7 days of purchase.

  • After 7 days:

    • No refunds on orders less than $200 (USD).

    • Orders above $200 (USD) are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days.
