Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Kizuna Training, we aim to provide flexible Japanese coaching options for learners in Japan, Singapore, the USA, Australia, and the UK. This policy explains how cancellations work for single sessions, multi-session packages, and subscription programs.

1. Single Session Bookings

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session: ✅ Full refund or reschedule available.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: ❌ No refund.
  • Missed sessions (no-show): ❌ Non-refundable.

2. Multi-Session Packages

  • You may cancel unused sessions within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, refunds follow our Refund Policy.
  • Partially used packages cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled within the program period.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

  • Subscriptions (monthly/quarterly) can be canceled anytime.
  • Cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
  • Access to coaching continues until the end of the paid period.
