At Kizuna Training, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund policy applies to all Japanese coaching programs, online lessons, and training services provided to learners in Japan, Singapore, the USA, Australia, and the UK.
1. Full Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of any purchase, no questions asked.
2. After 7 Days
For purchases under $200 USD: No refunds are available.
For purchases over $200 USD: A full refund is available up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Exceptions
Refunds do not apply to services already completed or partially delivered (e.g., coaching sessions already taken).
