How it works

  1. You send us two emails.Yours, and your friend's. Tell your friend first, so a note from us is no surprise.
  2. Gus writes to your friend once.A short personal note, offering a free 30-minute Placement Session with a Kizuna coach: their level, their freeze, and a written next step. No pressure and no pitch in the session.
  3. If your friend joins, you get a reward.You choose the reward when they enrol. Details below.

What you get

Your friend joins the 1:1 Goal-Level Track

$400 or 4 bonus sessions

Your choice: $400, or four bonus 30-minute sessions with your coach. Paid or booked after your friend's first payment has cleared and 14 days have passed.

Your friend joins the Speaking Cohort

$100

Paid after your friend's seat payment has cleared and 14 days have passed.

Free Placement Session

A real 30-minute session with a Kizuna coach and a written note on their level and next step. It has no strings attached.

Every reward is confirmed by Gus personally before it is paid or booked. We will tell you the exact amount and date by email.

We use these emails only for this introduction. We write to your friend once, personally. Your friend can reply "no thanks" at any time and we will not contact them again. Privacy policy

The terms, in plain words

  • The programme is for current and former Kizuna clients, and for anyone a Kizuna coach has worked with.
  • Your friend must be new to Kizuna Training: not already a client and not already in conversation with us about joining.
  • One reward per friend. The reward depends on what your friend joins: the Track ($400 or four bonus sessions) or the Speaking Cohort ($100).
  • Rewards are given after your friend's first payment has cleared and 14 days have passed.
  • You cannot refer yourself, and the same friend cannot be introduced twice.
  • Gus confirms every reward. We may decline an introduction that does not meet these terms, and we will tell you why.
