Having Gus and the other coaches holding you accountable for your progress, really helps motivate me to study even on busy days! They also have a clear dialog with you, and only want to help you as much as possible.

The experience I had working with Gus was nothing short of amazing! Gus is extremely enthusiastic and responds very quickly when it comes to asking questions about anything, it doesn't even have to be about the program or Japanese related material!
